The hair dryer is the best part – blows air and makes a humming sound. The bag that everything stores in is really nice. My daughter uses these items to “groom” her stuffed animals. The curling iron and mirror seem a bit flimsy, but we haven’t had any problems. The curlers are easy for 6 year old fingers to use. I think $20 is a bit high for what you get – that is why I lowered my rating.

My kids love the bag of beauty products. The hairdryer was why I bought the set. We put batteries in it right away and it was good to go, but when the kids moved it around someone’s head to “dry” their hair the fan inside would stop and start even though the on switch was clicked “on”. I took the batteries out and they just pretend with it now. If I had left them in, they would keep telling me that it was broken and complain about it. I am disappointed that it didn’t work better. The brush is good. The curlers–watch out if you have long hair and they put them in, but they get the hang of those pretty quick. Happy with most of the products, just not the hairdryer so much.

My 4 year old daughter loves this! Of everything in the set, the hair dryer is the most used. It really does make noise and blows a little cold air. I would absolutely recommend this to any little girl who loves to dress up and get pretty.

a naturally curly headed toddler wanted a curling set-makes no sense but this fulfilled her dreams. the compact case is a soft dream and all has lasted well

This is a great toy for playing pretend. My daughter loves it. The hairdryer that actually turns on and makes noise is the best. The cloth bag itself is very durable. Well worth the purchase.
