This was for my grandson’s 5th birthday. Not only was he able to use it all by himself, but he had his 2 year old brother play an active role “pushing the button” and retrieving the rockets. No one felt left out which made the adults afternoon more pleasant.The only job the adults had was fishing rockets from the trees-beware of your surroundings! The next day he was the most popular kid at the park!
It arrived before the expected date which was also a wonderful suprise, and the price was the best around.

Great fun. Only complaint is the plastic tubing came out of the box kind of kinked and bent. I’m always waiting to for there to be a hole in it but I tell the kids not to mess with it and it’s been fine so far. Also one of the styrofoam rockets is ripped on the side (probably from a kids jamming it on at an angle, so I just wish it came with more. Super fun though.

We got this for our son’s 5th birthday. We were concerned when it arrived and we saw that the box said ages 8 and up, because he’s small for his age. But he can pump it up with no problems. He played with it literally for 2 hours yesterday and had a ton of fun. You learn something, too, about how the wind strength and direction make a difference — especially when your rocket get stuck in a tree (just logged on to buy refills, though we got all the originals down).
Simple toy + getting fresh air = happy family.

purchased the Blast Off Rocket for my 5 year-old grand daughter for her birthday. She and her 7 year-old sister love it! Their dad loves it too.
Kids will love this toy. The rockets are soft but sturdy and reach heights of a 100′. The rockets got their curiosity going about rocketry.
I give the Rocket Blast Off 5 stars.

My four-year-old son loves this toy. We’d seen one while on vacation, and he played with it for a while. I used it as a reward for consistent good behavior, and it was a great incentive that continues to get lots of use even a few months later. He’s able to pump it up, and launch it himself. The rockets go much higher than I expected. Even his eight-year-old sister and her friends like to play with it. I got the refill rockets as well since sometimes the rockets get stuck on the roof until we get a strong wind. It’s a great toy!
